While we’re committed to keeping Yeovil Does Pride events free to attend, putting on a Pride comes with a price tag. If you, or a business or organisation you know, would be able to help us meet some of those costs, we would be really grateful.
Yeovil Does Pride is run by Yeovil Diversity Project (Registered Charity Number: 1198996) and as a very small charity we only have one bank account. Many people who donate to us are happy to do so without specifying what we use it for, knowing that we do other work that supports the LGBT+ community and other minority groups all year round. However, if you want your donation to specifically be used for current or future Yeovil Does Pride expenditures, that’s fine too! Please send us an email to that effect, and also use the reference “PRIDE ONLY” when you make your donation so that we can ringfence this money in line with your wishes.
The best way you can donate to us is just to make a transfer from your bank account to ours. This means there are no platform charges, service fees or other deductions and every penny you donate comes directly to us.

We also have a Paypal account. However, even though we have a Registered Charity account with them, donations made via this platform currently incur fees and will continue to do so unless Paypal change their terms.
